HARGAGO is a product and business price directory platform in Indonesia. This service allows users to find, compare, and report prices from various businesses and stores across Indonesia.

HARGAGO is not a buying or selling platform, marketplace, or transaction intermediary. We only provide price information as a reference. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers outside the HARGAGO platform.

By accessing or using HARGAGO's services — including creating an account, adding a business, or contributing price data — you declare that:

• You have read and understood these terms of use.
• You are at least 17 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
• You agree to be legally bound by these terms of use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using HARGAGO's services.

To use certain features such as registering a business or contributing prices, you need to create an account using Google Sign-In.

• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• Keep your account access confidential and contact us immediately if unauthorized use occurs.
• HARGAGO reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms of use without prior notice.
• Each user is only permitted to have one active account.

Users may contribute by adding or updating price information, business data, and product information. By contributing, you agree that:

• The data you enter is accurate and honest to the best of your knowledge.
• You grant HARGAGO a license to display, distribute, and use that content for the benefit of the service.
• The content you contribute does not infringe the rights of any third party.

HARGAGO reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove content deemed inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

Business owners who register their businesses on HARGAGO agree to the following additional terms:

• You are the lawful owner or have official authority to represent the registered business.
• The business information provided — including name, address, category, and prices — is accurate and current.
• You are responsible for updating the information periodically to keep it accurate.
• HARGAGO reserves the right to verify business ownership claims and revoke claims proven to be invalid.
• Registering a business on HARGAGO does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

Users are strictly prohibited from using HARGAGO to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent price information or business data.
• Distribute spam, unauthorized promotional content, or irrelevant advertising.
• Conduct automated scraping, excessive crawling, or unauthorized access to HARGAGO's systems.
• Defame competitors or other businesses with fake reviews or data.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party.
• Perform actions that disrupt the platform's performance or security.
• Use the service for illegal purposes under Indonesian law.

HARGAGO provides price information for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee that:

• Listed prices are always accurate, current, or consistent with actual prices in the field.
• Registered businesses are still actively operating when you access that information.
• HARGAGO's services are available without interruption at all times.

HARGAGO is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use this service, including losses resulting from purchasing decisions based on information on our platform.

Verifying prices directly with the relevant business before any transaction is always recommended.

We respect your privacy. The data we collect is used solely for the operational needs of HARGAGO, including:

• Your name and email address from the Google account you use to sign in.
• Price and business contribution data you enter.
• Technical data such as access logs and usage preferences.

HARGAGO does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used only for service purposes, platform improvements, and communications related to your account.

HARGAGO reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service — in part or in full — at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page along with the update date. By continuing to use the service after changes are announced, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

These terms of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through deliberation, or if no agreement is reached, through the legal channels applicable in Indonesia.
